The Japanese House (a.k.a 20 year-old Amber Bain) is today sharing the video to ‘Letter By The Water’, the third track to be taken from her new Clean EP.

Following the release of her acclaimed debut EP, Pools To Bathe In, earlier this year, which saw Zane Lowe make track ‘Still’ his last ever “Hottest Record” on Radio 1, the young Londoner will release her new EP on the 6th of November through Dirty Hit Records.

Recorded during the summer with George Daniel and Matthew Healy, ‘Letter By The Water’ is wrapped in a warm nostalgia and follows on from EP tracks ‘Cool Blue’ and ‘Clean’, as well as arriving off the back of her recent sold-out debut U.K tour.

Continuing to build on the EP’s previous tracks, ‘Letter By The Water’ mixes rhythmic guitars effortlessly with heady synths that swirl and drop in and out seamlessly; seeing The Japanese House continuing to push the parameters of alt-pop whilst expanding on her luscious, engulfing sound show on her brooding electronica debut EP.

2015, Chill, The Japanese House
